After years of staffing for clients under a company umbrella, Jessica Moffat branched out and started 7 Scouts Staffing to better fulfill her clients needs. The name, 7 Scouts Staffing, derives from her seven children. A mother at heart, the recruiter and business enthusiast created 7 Scouts Staffing to strives to take care of all client needs by focusing on scouting out employee competition, recruiting top candidates, negotiating fair and competitive compensation packages (for candidate and firm) allowing her client’s businesses and teams to keep running at top-notch.
